Are dietary restrictions and allergies accommodated?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please indicate any specific needs when purchasing your ticket. While we work closely with our chefs to ensure dietary accommodations, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. However, if you can no longer attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange a transfer. In rare cases where an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a credit or refund.
Are tickets available at the door?
No, tickets must be purchased in advance to allow our chefs to prepare accordingly. Events often sell out, so early ticket purchases are encouraged.
Is alcohol served at these dinners?
No. Our events are completely alcohol-free and feature an elevated selection of zero-proof cocktails, alcohol-free wines, and other curated beverages.
Are the dinners seated individually or communal-style?
Most of our dinners are communal-style, meaning you’ll be seated at shared tables with fellow guests. This fosters a warm, social, and welcoming atmosphere. If you are attending with a group of 6 or more and would like to be seated together, please let us know in advance.
Is there a dress code?
Dress codes vary depending on the venue, but smart casual attire is generally recommended. For outdoor or farm-based events, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes and layers for weather changes.
