You have Questions, We have Answers....

Are the drinks completely zero-proof? While most of our offerings are zero-proof, some spirit-free alternatives contain less than 0.5% alcohol (similar to kombucha). We always communicate this clearly. If you prefer a completely zero-proof experience, please note this when purchasing your ticket, and we will happily provide a substitution.

Is alcohol served, or can I bring my own? Santé is a dedicated spirit-free environment; we do not serve alcohol, and outside beverages are not permitted. Our focus is on curated, spirit-free cocktails designed to pair elegantly with our seasonal menus. We craft these using spirit-alternatives, alcohol-free bitters, herbal teas, and fresh juices to ensure the beverage program has as much complexity and intention as the food.

Can I attend alone? Absolutely! Many of our guests join us solo with the specific goal of meeting neighbors and building community. As hosts, we personally welcome every guest to ensure the atmosphere feels like a sanctuary, not a transaction.

How does the social interaction work? We believe food is the ultimate icebreaker. As plates are shared and bread is broken, conversation tends to happen organically. While we encourage an open mind, you are never forced to interact—Santé is a "Third Space" designed for your comfort, whether you wish to engage deeply or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

What is on the menu? We typically release our prix fixe menu shortly before the event. Because we act as a talent incubator, we grant our culinary and artistic partners full creative freedom to express their vision. We provide the stage, and they provide the craft.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? While our menus are set to preserve the artist's vision, we always provide vegetarian and gluten-free options. We can accommodate many allergies if they are communicated at the time of ticket purchase. Please note that while we follow all health regulations, we do not operate in allergy-safe kitchens and cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

What does my ticket support? Everything at our table is curated with communal abundance in mind. A portion of every ticket is routed directly to local nonprofit initiatives. Additionally, your seat funds our ecosystem by ensuring local chefs and artists are compensated fairly and that all florals, decor, and ingredients are sourced from small businesses in our neighborhood.

What is your refund policy? Because each of our dinners acts as a funding engine for local chefs, artists, and nonprofits, we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases within 5 days of the event. This allows us to ensure our partners are fully compensated for the resources and ingredients already committed to your seat.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes. While we cannot offer late refunds, we are happy to help you transfer your ticket to a friend. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us via email at hello@santesupperclub.com as soon as possible so we can update our guest list and prepare a warm welcome for the new attendee!
