Chef Dena Fisher is cooking this evening — and she is cooking from the very land she tends. North Ridge Farm in Vermilion is her home, her kitchen, and her practice. What Dena grows is what Dena cooks, and this dinner is built entirely around what her fields have offered at the height of the Northeast Ohio harvest.
We gather in October — the month the light softens and the season begins to close. Twenty-four seats. One long table. A room that looks out onto the fields where the meal was grown.
