Monarch butterflies travel up to 3,000 miles each year to reach their winter grounds. Birds navigate by stars across hemispheres. And people, throughout the full span of human history, have moved in search of the same things: safety, warmth, belonging, home.
The Migration is a dinner built around that truth. The food, the setting, and the conversation are all part of the same answer to the same question: what does it mean to leave, to move, and to arrive?
The chef for this evening will be revealed at the table. Their identity is part of the story — held until the moment it lands with full meaning. What we can tell you is that their cooking carries the experience of movement, and that the menu will make the theme feel lived, not merely discussed.
