Her Table opens the Les Dames d'Escoffier chapter of the 2026 Santé season — two dinners honoring women who have made careers in food, beverage, and hospitality, often without the infrastructure or recognition given to their male counterparts. This first dinner is Gabriella's.
The setting is the Fidelity Hotel in downtown Cleveland: an intimate communal table dressed with intention, a multi-course menu built around Gabriella's culinary voice, and a room full of people who showed up because this kind of dinner matters.
All courses are served family-style — dishes are passed and shared at the communal table.
