This week’s Feed the Resistance dinner honors the situation in Palestine with a time to pause, reflect, and realign with purpose and light, led by Remah Doleh. Chef Ferial Doleh will prepare a vibrant Palestinian-inspired menu rooted in her heritage and love of community. The evening invites us to slow down, connect, and hold space

As always, dinner will be served on custom, hand-painted tablecloths, this week created by local artist Thao Nguyen. At the end of the evening, these three original artworks will be auctioned off to guests, with 100% of proceeds going toward supporting the continuation of this dinner series and its community-centered mission.
