Feed the Resistance: September 18 with Chef Rawia Abdelsamad
Beachwood, OH
Join us for one of the final dinners in our Feed the Resistance summer series — a heartfelt evening celebrating community, resilience, and the beauty of gathering at the table. We’ll meet in Cleveland for an intimate, multi-course Lebanese dinner prepared by Chef Rawia Abdelsamad of Beituti, whose soulful dishes are inspired by her family’s culinary traditions and deep roots in Lebanese culture. The evening will begin with a brief cooking demonstration by Chef Rawia during cocktail hour, followed by zero-proof beverage pairings and storytelling throughout the meal.
A custom hand-painted tablecloth created by local artists from Snack Break Studio will anchor our table and be auctioned off at the end of the night, with proceeds benefitting the Matriots Ohio.
Together, we’ll close the season with love, gratitude, and collective nourishment — feeding both body and soul in community.
