Join us on July 24 in Lakewood for a vibrant summer evening with Chef Jorge Hernandez, whose bold flavors and cultural roots will shine in a communal dinner experience that nourishes both body and spirit. This special Feed the Resistance gathering will feature a hands-on cooking demonstration during cocktail hour, where guests will get to join Chef Jorge in the kitchen and learn firsthand how to prepare elements of the meal.
The evening’s mocktails will highlight coffee-based blends crafted with beans from Dahlia Coffee, an Ohio-based roastery committed to ethical sourcing and bold flavor.
Our communal table will be set with a hand-painted tablecloth created by a local Latino artist, celebrating heritage and shared stories. At the end of the night, this one-of-a-kind piece will be auctioned off,…
