Join us on June 12 for an unforgettable evening led by Chef Emily del Greco Campion and Chef Maggie Demko — two deeply talented chefs bringing intention, creativity, and heart to every dish they create. This intimate dinner is part of the Feed the Resistance summer series, celebrating food as a tool for connection, healing, and community-driven change.
The evening’s proceeds will benefit EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, a Cleveland-based nonprofit dedicated to giving formerly incarcerated individuals a foundation in the culinary arts, along with life skills, housing, and wraparound support. EDWINS stands for Education Wins — and this dinner honors the power of second chances, personal transformation, and the role hospitality can play in shaping a more just future.
